So! I’m getting all my “college issues” sorted out so now I’m starting on a more positive foot. I’m only at college for 2.5 days a week. One of those days I have 3 hours of breaks in total. I wanna lose weight and get healthier so here’s my plan. Mondays I have two hours free so I’ll go for walks on the beach or to meet Michael. I’ll also be walking for most of my hour long lunch break on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesdays I’ll have a break. Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are free so I can do more exercise on those days. Walking, dancing etc. Might even start at the gym once my money comes through. 

As well as all that exercise I’m gonna start eating healthier too. I’ve tried losing weight so many times but always end up putting it back on again so this time I’m really determined to succeed.
